sex education is in the first HS class normally, which makes you approx 12-13 here. I still remember it, like Libertine said (yes Im dutch) even then stuff bout STDs Aids etc mornin after pil condoms - we all had that, thats pretty common since yes Holland is pretty liberal bout that.
Most ppl here I know carry them.
