I know all these people suggest strong will & gum.

But what you need is a bottle of 0.25mg xanax from your doctor. And yes they will give you xanax for quitting smoking.

Only take it for 1-2 weeks & you should not get addicted. And only take one when you're REALLY losing it.

You probably need 3 a day for the first 3 days. 2 a day for 7 days. And one a day for 4 days. And you'll be off them. Thats how i quit.
