Are you the ones manufacturing the shirts or are you reselling?

If you're the ones making them, brand the hell out of them to the adult community by holding contests, then get some of the larger sex toy programs to start carrying your products. After you get that going, it'd be easy to get them distributed into brick and mortar shops.

To brand and market to consumers, do some sort of viral site having models stripping out of your clothing. Then make a non-nude compilation video out of it with the URL watermarked and post it to YouTube.

Sure it's been done, but it'd still be effective. Put a creative slant on it all to make it unique.
