They are very easy to make, you just buy some cream cheese and wonton wraps from Walmart stores or the asian market. Put the cream cheese inside the wonton and seal it using either water or an egg-paste. Then fry them up! You can make the wontons even better by filling them with other goodies such as crab meat (Crab Ragoons are basically crab-filled wontons). I love wontons or crab ragoons with sweet and sour sauce the best, gives it just the right taste for me.
