I know what he was referring to. I inferred that in my second sentence. I was basically saying, he has no room to say that because the rebuilding of the WTC has been in the works for several years now. Icon skyscrapers do not pop up over night, nor destroyed cities.

Many people seem to have this crazy idea in their head that at the snap of fingers buildings go up and cities get built.
