Having children is another matter (blood related) as of the greater chance of genetic abnormalities that can occur, but just sex I don?t see why it should be ?illegal? or ?wrong?. As for cousins, it?s still pretty taboo to consider a romantic relationship with your first cousin and the majority of states I believe won?t allow you to marry. Beyond the first cousin threshold I believe that most things ?die down? so to speak; you?d still get some weird stares form a lot of different folk, but there would be a lot less stigma than your first cousin or direct-family.
