Then came the skate parks. I can remember going to the " Paved Wave " in Cocoa Fl. and riding the place in bare feet, no pads or helmet. It's come a looooong way since then but it was still fun back in the day.

I've got some pics I just need to dig them up first.
The kids in the 70's started it all for the kids in the 80's..

Many of the big company names from the 80's were skaters from the 70's.
