I need you to clerify few things about new VISA rules for me:

You need to register bank account in USA ? if yes then do you have to be a citizen or you can just phone in ? and if you can phone in which is the best bank to deal with ?

Do i need to also register incorporation/company is USA ? if yes then how do I do it, is there a website where i can fil up application or which company can help me out with that?

Any other things i need to know ?
