Yes, both sets of my grandparents came over here on the boat but they did it LEAGALY and on the one side who only spoke Italian learned English. My great grandfather came here opened a general store and became mayor, he also fed the town back in the depression with out receiving any money for any food at that time.
Please don't compare my family coming here to the illegal Mexicans coming here.
