Bah, no drinking to sleep! :P Have you ever tried valerian root to sleep? It stinks really bad, but not so much if you get it in the pill form (still has a very pungent odor even pill form though). Take two at night about a hour before you get sleepy or ready to go to bed, it should put you in a nice sleep.
