Very true. I live on the water and pretty much my whole town/city sits on the water, and every ding bat within 30 miles of here has a boat like that.
There are always pontoon boats for sell for 10k or less. As a matter of fact, you can get them for 2-5k fairly easily. And then you can load up all your drunk friends and nearly run over everyone on jet skis.
