Gay = A man that's attracted to other men.
Tranny = An individual that was born with gender dysphoria, IE they feel that they are actually a woman that was born into a man's body. Usually they live life as a woman, take hormones, and eventually seek to have sexual reassignment surgery.
Shemale = A transgendered person that hasn't gone through sexual reassignment surgery, but has taken hormones and developed feminine traits (breasts for example). |
