GW wil never let me emphasize NEVER reinstate the draft, if you are seriously worried about about it becoming an issue look towards the democrats. They are the party who have been trying to tack it onto bills over the past 5 years. Sentror Rangel inparticular http://www.cnn.com/2003/ALLPOLITICS/01/07/rangel.draft/ , disagree with dubya all you want but atleast do it with some truth. I'll take any wager that if a draft gets reinstated in the USA it will be by a democrat, the repubs have too much to lose to reinstate.
