Wait a sec. A great fighter?
I may go as far as saying that he was a great knockout attraction, but that's about it. He never had the smarts or the stamina to be a "great" fighter.
*Vintage alert* His persona in Mike Tyson's PunchOut for the Nintendo was spot on - yeah, he could knock you down with one or two punches, but stick around with him in the ring long enough and he just couldn't cut it.
