Yes it is... XonDemand does not payout Epassporte unless the affiliates wants it... Epassporte charges a fee to make a deposit then a fee to make a payment to the affiliate.
we send out checks to most of our affiliates, some choose to pay the fees for epassporte.

everything comes with Volume and if you send us enough traffic and joins then we will have no problem paying the epassporte fees for you JimTheFiend and U-Bob
