Very true... And a good point.

But on the net you can browse in the comfort of your own home, make sure they have what you want (stock levels etc), get net competitive prices, and Woolworths wouldn't have enough floor space to DISPLAY 250,000 products in decent quantities, but they WOULD have enough storage space (I presume) to STOCK them - so they can sell products they can't sell normally instore.

Plus the people that would buy on the net will probably pick up other items in store too generally increasing overall sales.

That company is so shit there can ONLY be upside (plus I've heard rumours of possible takeover bids etc).
