I'm not an attorney, so please don't take this as legal advice, but . . . trademarks tend to apply to the area in which an organization is doing business. If JayMan were making biker leathers or starting a military dictatorship, I could see that logo being un-trademarkable. But he's making adult niche web sites and, honestly, before seeing this thread and without knowing any background, I thought the logos were so similar that I assumed they were based on a dingbats font. And JayManCash sure as heck had the design first. Not that that is probably worth a lawsuit
