actuly you can just post a notice of eviction by x date, your the landlord i'm sur eyou have a clause in the agreement somewhere where you have to give them a written notice to leave. Go go the sheriffs and have them serve the papers so its documented they were served on x date. then goto court. my gf is a property manager at an apartment complex she evicts 3-4 people a month on a 600 unit complex.
