I don't know why, but does it piss anyone else off when you hear song after song by these country singers about the life of a soldier and so on. I have the utmost respect for anyone who has served in the military which is why it kind of pisses me off to hear a country singer use that to sell records. Most of these guys have never served in the military, been in a war, or have any inkling what kind of emotions are stirred up doing so. Yet they praise their "patriotic" songs and how self-righteous they are.

It would be like Paris Hilton singing about growing up poor or Clay Aiken in a relationship with a female.

Does this piss off any former military men/women here?
