Worst guy to ever deal with was Jason at Porndollar. I sent him a Fastsize to help with his problem. Over the next year he PROMISED and swore up and down he would get it up "right away" and he was "sorry, I've been really busy, business has been down lately and I've been working 23 hours a day". I know it sucks.
Some month ago I started checking reproc links for our blog and cashsite as well, SO many send a button or text and promise to linkback and never do it.
I guess adult is no different from mainstream, go to say a phonestore and ask them to give you a call when a new model is out 9 outa 10 wont - its the same in this biz and it sucks.
I try to get back at EVERY question, installed a ticket system some 6 months ago and that improved customer support a lot too - especially since were on a different timezone as most affiliates are.
