No. They wait for the Dems to take office so that the various parts of the homeland security act that help prevent attacks can be pruned down almost nothing. Then they attack. Simple.
Not to mention that when the idiot liberals pull all our troops out of Iraq, they will have ONE HELL of a staging area.
