The tallest man ever was actually 8 inches TALLER than this kid at 13.

Actually it's obvious this kid has a pituitory gland issue and should be getting treatment, but isn't. He will most likely be dead before 50 and suffer crippling bone/joint problems the last decade or so of his life.
