Need Help Falling Asleep.
I have a sleeping routine during the week where i go to bed at 1am and wake up at 7am and then catch a few hours of sleep during the day.
Today i need to get to sleep in 10 min, 11:30 ( need to be up early and awake all day).
Anything i can take or do, less than sleeping pills, that will put me to sleep.
How bad is nyquill if i am not sick?
