Of course I have emailed support, a dozen times, in fact I would have to say hands down, the support response at PS is the fastest of any host I have ever used and every single time the problem was fixed within a few minutes.
Bottom line is that I don't have time to check my sites on my virtual hosts regularly, I shouldn't have to. What really pissed my off today is that the only reason I was on GFY is because I was waiting for my sites at PS to come back up.
I appreciate the offer but after three months of this and the traffic loss, I'm just going to move the sites elsewhere.
