Yeah, that's pretty low. If a boyfriend of mine were to offer me up in exchange for getting to fuck someone else, he'd get a swift kick in the nuts.
A good friend of mine recently let his girlfriend of 2+ years fuck his best friend while he fucked her best friend. I was very put off when I heard that story. Maybe I'm just old fashioned.
