you do what you feel is right to you, others will have to deal with how they see it on their own. thats not your problem. but i think dennisthemenace said it best about explaining it all. personally i probably would of went for it after already going down on her though i don't think i would of been so quick to do that considering how recent the friend could of had his dick down there. don't sweat it man, im sure all will be fine between all of you if you don't let it consume your mind when you're around them too much.
