We have been with Phantom Frog for some time now, and if you want to stop the password trading at the very first sign of abuse, then I would strongly suggest you use them.
Most other systems use an IP threshold, so if that threshold is 10 IPs, and the first 9 people each download 5 gigs, then you just lost 45 gigs before your system shuts it down.
Phantom Frog watches where each user logs in from and tracks it. So, if a user logs in from New York at 10 AM EST, then from Los Angeles at 11 AM EST, it knows a person can't travel that fast and blocks the login. It doesn't need to wait for 5, 10, 20 IPs to access before it's shut down.
And, as a bonus, you don't even need do anything to get your REAL member their new password. The Frog uses a password lookup system that works with CCBill and Netbilling (maybe others) and will automatically issue the real member a new password without you having to do it manually.
Does any other password system do that?
