What's the status of third party processing with the American based cc processors like CCBILL,IBILL,JETTIS etc when it comes to foreigners? I think Caldwell of CCBill said on this board about a month ago that they were working on something for Canadians, he said it looked 50/50 that a solution could be worked out.

Then people also have been worried about what exactly is necessary to establish the U.S. presence that VISA USA is insisting on. Some people have posted here that they've been told that it might even be necessary to have a company official be resident in the United States.

As we head towards Nov 15 has any of this been clarified or are people just crossing their fingers and hoping for the best?

What percentage of non U.S. webmasters who wish to keep using the American third party processors have completed the work to establish the U.S. presence? Or are most people running to Globill for now, quitting or just not going to accept VISA?
