my wife has fake tits and while she is working she constantly gets complimented on how great her natural boobs are
if they are done right you can't even tell they are done at all
now personally, I hate girls with big fake nasty tits, I think it looks horrible to have your tits done so that people CAN tell they are fake....but even as sunrise adams said "I had my tits done the first time and didn't like them because they looked too real, so I went back and got them redone"
some girls love that fake look to their tits, I think it is crazy, but that is the way it is ;)
