Educate yourself before spitting out constant dribble.. read up on FISA... Read up on Supreme court rulings about FISA... There's a super kewl site called Google... you can find some really neato stuff when ya type things in that little box.
Read up on Bush saying himself that wiretaps require a court order and that the law won't change.. Read up on everything..

The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 (FISA) covers domestic wiretaps, requiring the government to go to a FISA court to seek a warrant within 72 hours of establishing such a wiretap.

Now read carefully.... The law hasn't been changed...
