most girls who get there tits done are insecure about them and so they have a relitivly cheap and relativly safe operation and bingo in a lot of cases (obviously not all) this can transform there lives (psychologically speaking).
if you had a 2 inch cock and the operation for a man was as succesfull and safe as a boob job you would have that operation, and you would be a liar if you said you wouldn't. in fact a lot of men who might knock boob jobs with average size cocks would have a couple of inches added on if there was guaranteed success and it was as safe and cheap as a boob job - i know i wouldn't mind a bit extra. and its the same with boob jobs for women.

usually the people who knock boob jobs are ignorant men and naturally busty women - however when those naturally big busts start to sag in a few years time they'll be at the front of the queue too.
