If your conversation with him does not end favorably, definitely name the person., if this person is/was a friend, it's pretty fucked up that they'd screw you over like this.. Friendship is more important than the money, but if they're going to be sneaky, then something needs to be done..

I can see if he/she isn't going to use the content, then it's just a renig on a deal , but if they do use the content, then they're an asshole scamming, theiveing shitbag!..
