Don't think so bro, design and me we had some issues after I sold him sunporno and worked for him. But thats the past.
Anyway I believe that tgpalliance (design) will take care of all submitt passes and previous paid deals. There is no reason to panic whatsoever.
Give them some time to sort things out.
