Here is a question I get asked a lot:
Can ePassporte recover funds from P2P transfers that I accidentally sent or funds I sent to someone who did not provide the goods and services they promised?
Answer: If you sent funds from one personal account to another, ePassporte can not reverse the transaction. Peer-to-peer transfers are like cash transactions. If you purchased goods and services from a business account holder and you went through our ePassporte payment page (ePpurchase) to confirm the purchase, ePassporte can contact the Merchant on your behalf to resolve the dispute.
