Here is my question and not trying to create drama just looking to get my issues resolved.
Why is it that some transactions(p2p) happen to duplicate themselves for no reason what so ever?
It has happened to me and others multiple times where we send a p2p to another account and then the next day I check the account and it sent the same transaction twice. I am still waiting to hear from support on when I will get my money back. I emailed Keyser back on 8/12 and he said he was sending it to Tech guys to look at it, and still nothing. I also emailed support thru the message center on 8/11 and have not gotten a reply yet.
Just curious why it takes support so long to respond to concerns or did I get overlooked?
