When I was a "young gun"

used to make a point of employing older people even for relatively easy jobs - they are definately more stable, sensible and a generally good attitude - and often loyal friends.
Anything involving "management" was always a matter of being 40+ with a track record - even employed our bank manager who was 50 at the time - great asset in any biz.
Young folks with qualifications - ie degrees, programming languages, legal qualifications, technical ability, management training blah also have something to offer.
When retirement age comes along - I sure ain't retiring from anything

There's too much to do yet and actually like the adult biz, - not necessarily because it is the adult biz, but it offers a very wide range of options (not just net stuff), but from manufacturing, bricks and mortar to media blah. If I ever did have nothing to do - I'd prob be helping some other biz in adult get some project off the floor - not for money, just for the pleasure of seeing it work.
