How can I ensure I do not miss an important message I received through my ePassporte Message Center Inbox?
ePassporte account holders may opt in to receive external email notifications when a message is sent to the Message Center. To opt in, please log in to your account and click on the Message Center tab. Enter the email address you wish to receive notifications to in the field provided.
Where can I find the CVV2 numbers of my ePassporte Virtual Visa card?
Your ePassporte Virtual Visa CVV2 number is included in the original Welcome Email we sent you when your ePassporte account was activated. This Welcome Email also contains your ePassporte Virtual Visa card number and expiration date. We have saved the Welcome Email in your Message Center Inbox and it may not be deleted from this inbox to ensure that you will always have this information when ever you need it.
