Is LeapFish accurate?

"Due to the complexity of domain names, it is always recommended that you seek a professional appraisal service for more accuracy. Unfortunately, these services cost money. Our system does a SIMPLE analysis of the domain name for an estimated value. This value is in no way guaranteed, and is provided purely for quick reference informational purposes. Additionally, our system is unable to determine the value of a domain name logistically which means that we are unable to accurately predict how people view a name and what it actually implies, means, suggests to them. Instead, all domain names are valued by factors such as length, TLD(.com,.net,etc), historical archives at Archive.org, symbols and numerals, etc, and are compared equally. An example is say stock.com and stalk.com. These names may compare to each other similarly on our system because they have a lot in common. As far as money is concerned, the stock.com name has far more potential than stalk.com. The point is, our system doesnt take into account what the name actually "means" so your name may be worth much more or much less. Use your better judgement, when interpreting the analysis results. Although, if you check those names, you will see that our system recognizes that stalk.com is worth considerably less!"
