She's prob going to claim mental stress over the choice of toppings with her coffee next.
Had a manager once who used to appear for work, sometimes in a total crappy suit and others he was dressed OK.
Found out - when he wore the crappy suit, he used spend his lunchtime in a store that sold paint. He made sure a can of paint from a top shelf lands on the floor and splashes paint over his crappy suit when he then makes a claim against the store.
The "technique" was to buy branded (and what was expensive clothing when it was new) clothing from some junk store and then claim the full replacement cost which could be anything from $1000 - $3000 on each claim.
The idiot didn't need a salary - he was doing better with a few claims against stores in a week, so he didn't last long
