I wish I could say that's not a hard thing to do, but I've done it before... Fun stuff if you work with the right team of people. Sounds like ICS is one of those places!
For me the commute would be too far:
Distance: 300+ miles
Approximate Travel Time: 4 1/2 hours-ish
But for real, congrats on the expansion and good luck to the applicants. I've only met TheRichard once and he seemed like a wicked nice person to work with/for...
