Its a lot like the mess that America and Britain has created in Iraq, who do you think is gonna have to pay for that war ? Thats right ! The tax payers of both countries.
Have a look at the price of oil just before Bush got into power, it was between $10 - 20/Barrel. Then 9/11 happened and the wars happened and now we are sitting at around $80 per barrel !!
