The assumptions people are making seem funny to me.

Especially you Jace given the quote in your sig. The idea that somebody is guilty just because they aren't on gfy rolling in the mud seems ludicrous.

For all anybody here knows, their lawyer told them that it would be a bad idea for them to post about the subject as they prepare their suit.

Do you assume every person who gets involved in a legal battle and says "No comment" is secretly saying "I'm guilty" ? Of course not, anything they say can be brought up in court.

I have NO idea what happened in the situation, I haven't talked to anybody about it, but what I do know is that one person (john) posted one thing in a thread, the gfy witch hunt started, and lawyers got involved.

There is nothing xclusivecash can post here to help themselves out here. If they say "we didnt do it" everybody will scream that they are liars. If they say "we did it on accident" everybody will scream that they are liars. If they say "we did it on purpose" everybody will scream that they are theives.

This is really a lot like the witch hunts, throw them in the water... if they float their witches, if they drown they werent. Until I hear a recording of the phone call I'm not going to assume that the guy was "rude" and screamed profanity before hanging up.

You keep indicating that you know a lot more than you're letting on... so if you have more information then why not share it instead of just pouring gas on the fire and participating in a witch hunt.
