money/incentives we have found isn't what motivates alot of girls - i'd love it if it was because as people who know me know - i am not greedy - i am willing to pay a girl her worth for her involvement. The best model is one who likes the attention a solo girl site brings and also who needs/desires money - second best is one who just needs the money - you are in trouble when you get one who doesn't really want the attention and money isn't a big factor for her. there are so many factors at play - there is no magic - you are dealing with 18 year olds - their priorities are way different. The older a girl gets the better but unfortunately everybody wants the teenies.
Very rare to find a girl who has it all.
