I don't think any of those objects shuld be considered planets.

Just because they have sufficient mass to create enough gravity and become circular over time doesn't change the fact the objects are in the kuiper belt, or closer to it than the sun...it would be better to just define any object within that belt not a planet within the solar system proper but rather a "pluton" or something similar.
