I always thought if I started a solo girl site that there would have to be some sort of incentive to keep the girl active in the site. IMO web cam shows are a must to keep members coming back and re-billing.

I think the rash of solo girl sites that just shoot a bunch of content and then kick the girl to the curb have really hurt the solo girl market. I know if I was a surfer and signed up to a site that the girl wasn't active on, well I'd never rebill that's for sure.

Personally I've always thought it would be a good idea to set up some sort of profit sharing with the girl. That way she isn't just used up and tossed out. Personally I don't see anything wrong with giving the girl a salary plus a percentage of the profits.

Just like any employee you need to give them a reason to want to do their job.. I know models especially young ones don't have very much biz sense but with the right girl it could work out great.
