This question has bothered me for some time. The best way to get girls, keep them shooting, and keep them happy, and still make money for myself.
The biggest problem I find is that when a girl quits her site, 90% of the time she wants her photos off of the internet and her site shut down. For this reason it's best to just pay them for the shoots and send them on their way, but this isn't good if you want her to be an active part of the site (diaries, chats, emails, etc.)
Getting them to interact with the site is easy at first, but as time goes on, they get less and less interested in it.
