It could be considered kidnapping in some states, I seriously doubt there is a rule to the distance in which the kid has been removed from. ?It?s only kidnapping if I take a kid and rape him if I go for more than twenty-five feet! I can stay at twenty-four feet and get a much lesser sentence! FUCK YEAH!? It just ain't gonna happen like that. They could, though it is doubtful they would, consider it kidnapping.
