ibill cmi notice?

i'm assuming this is simply a poorly written ibill update - i completed the registration form a long time ago:

iBill/VISA Registration UPDATE

Dear iBill Client:
In the next few days we will be displaying the following message after CMI login to all iBill clients that have not completed the iBill-Visa registration form. On Monday your access to the CMI will be interrupted until you have completed this form. ALL iBill clients are required to complete the registration portion of the form. If you would like to have uninterrupted access to your stats via the CMI please click on the link below and finish the registration form before Monday 11/11.
Our records indicate you have not filled out the iBill-Visa registration form located at http://www.ibill.com/signup/re_signup_login.cfm. It is important that all iBill merchants fill out this form. Only US based merchants accepting VISA will be required to pay the registration fee at this time but all merchants are required to register. In order to gain access to the CMI you must fill out the iBill - VISA registration form.
Should you need any assistance please contact us toll free at 866.424.5557. International Clients should call 954-363-4931. We can also be reached by email at [email protected]. If you have filled out the merchant form but need to consolidate multiple master accounts under one sponsored merchant ID, you will need to contact us at the number above.
