Alot of people have made alot of money just because of their board persona.
I think it is D Money or KB that said it best.
"In this industry perception is reality."
On a personal note I do research very carefully all posts made by anybody who wants to work for us. If somebody acts like a jackass on the boards I don't want them working for my company. You can learn an awful lot reading people's posts.
