Actually wrong anyway. There is no sugar in sperm. There is sugar in semen however.

Seminal vesicles, small organs near the ejaculatory duct, add large quantities of fructose, a sugar solution, to the ejaculate. The fructose nourishes the sperm and turns it into semen.

You can stimulate the Seminal veiscles with some foods, like parsley, and as such increase the sugar in semen.
